4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ssbet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

ssbet generally processes approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is incomplete or additional security checks are required.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined amount of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be used for gaming within your ssbet account; they cannot be withdrawn directly
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active
• Different contribution rates may apply to different games when earning and spending bonuses
• Promotional offers may have specific expiry dates
• ssbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

5.4 VIP Program

ssbet's VIP program has four tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and games on ssbet are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, ssbet will review it and make a decision.

6.2 Validity of Game Results

The results of all games conducted on ssbet are verifiable and fair. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error or network issue, a decision will be made based on the state of the game at the point it stopped.

6.3 Sports Betting

The markets shown on ssbet for cricket, football, and other sports betting serve as general examples. ssbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel markets due to match schedule changes, results, or other uncertain circumstances.

6.4 Changes to Game Services

ssbet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game or gaming service. These changes may be made without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ssbet platform:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activity
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Providing fake identification or false information
• Operating another person's account or placing bets through a third party

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, ssbet will immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.
